Terms And Conditions.

 

Booking.

Please confirm your booking at the earliest possible opportunity to avoid any disappointment. Bank holidays, Christmas, New Year and School half terms get booked well in advance.

Bookings are accepted on the understanding that you have viewed our website and agree to the all the following terms and conditions.

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, access to the property is after 3pm with vacation by 10 am on your day of departure.

Dates for Christmas and New Year will vary from year to year.

Your Responsibility.

Holiday tenants are responsible for normal everyday cleaning and for keeping the property in an orderly fashion. They are requested to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition upon vacation of the property.

Liability for damage done to the property or equipment, or for excessive cleaning on vacation is the responsibility of the person who's name the booking is in. Charges where levied for these items will be agreed prior to departure or forwarded to them.

Pets and Smoking.

Neither are permitted in the property.

Short Breaks.

Short breaks may be available at short notice throughout the year. Short breaks are available for 3, 4 or 5 nights and can commence on any day subject to availability. The minimum break is for 3 days, however extra days can be arranged by agreement.

Security Deposits (Bonds).

We reserve the right to levy an additional charge/bond on single sex parties or party bookings. This will be refunded within two weeks of the end of your occupancy at any time of the year dependant on the properties condition upon your departure.

For all Christmas and New Year bookings a returnable bond of £100 will be added to the booking. This amount will be taken at the same time as the balance payment is made for your holiday.

Data Protection.

We promise to never pass on your details to any other companies or parties. All details are strictly confidential.

Complaints.

In the event of a complaint about our service or accommodation, this should be undertaken at the time the problem occurs. Contact us as soon as possible and ask for assistance.

Every effort will be made to handle and resolve your complaint with speed and efficiency, but we do ask you to act immediately should there be a problem.

Under NO circumstances will any compensation be made for complaints raised after the holiday has ended, if the visitor has denied us the opportunity of investigating the complaint and our endeavours to put matters right during the course of the holiday.

Cancellations.

All cancellations will be met with the forfeiture of your deposit, except under specific circumstances which will be addressed by us personally when you call to cancel.
